icon1Colam contracts a team of external Property Managers to carry out the daily property management function.  The prospect of  building an in-house property management team will be assessed on a regular basis.  For now, objectivity is important in our Asset Management role.
Whilst we work closely with the property managers, the clear division of duties allows us objectivity when carrying out strategic management.  Where required, either by the Landlord or the Bank, Colam offers a monthly Cash Flow service to their clients by managing rental collections, bond repayments and owner payments.  When sourcing suitable acquisitions, we work with a set of independent brokers who have a clear understanding of our requirements.  Together with our Property Manager, we also handle broker enquiries for tenant occupation and may be contacted directly for viewings.
