icon2In most cases, just collecting the rent and ensuring maintenance is carried out on a property, is not enough!   In our role as Asset Managers, we work closely with Property Managers, ensuring an Objective and Strategic approach.   There are times when the Property Management role is challenged.  We ensure the Asset Manager is there to keep the focus, ensuring as much objectivity as possible.

THE ULTIMATE FOCUS IS TO MAXIMISE PERFORMANCE AND INVESTMENT RETURN, concentrating on each property individually and,  if applicable, as part of a portfolio.   With economic changes, the knock on effect makes this a challenging role, but one that the Colam team is experienced in and welcomes.
